America's Cardroom Announces First Mini Online Super Series | IXGAMES

San Jose, Costa Rica – November 6, 2012 – Americas Cardroom (ACR) announced today that they will be hosting a series of big guarantee, small buy-in tournaments called the mini Online Super Series (mOSS) from November 15th to 19th. MOSS is the first tournament series of its kind hosted on Americas Cardroom and promises to offer generous prize pools for low entry fees for the players. The mini OSS consists of a number of small buy-in tournaments that run at the same time over the course of five days. The four different tournament results will be tracked on leaderboards and the top player of each leaderboard will then qualify into a $1,000 4-max final table awarding $500 to 1st place, $250 for 2nd, $150 for 3rd and $100 for 4th place. “Players can track their progress throughout the tournament series in the lobby as they compete throughout the five days,” continued Harris. The payout structure is a special one awarding the top player in each tournament a juicy 1st place prize”. The buy-ins vary from $0.10 to $2 and the daily guarantees run from $1,000 to $10,000. The prize payout structure has been adjusted to allow for healthy payouts to the first prize winner. A player can effectively parlay $2 into $3,000 with a win at the $10,000 guaranteed.
