Even with the requests made by Everton to LA Galaxy to allow Landon Donovan to stay for an extra month, it appears that his loan will end as scheduled this weekend. Both Donovan and Everton officials have raised the subject with LA Galaxy before the match last Sunday to Hull City. However, Galaxy has chosen to stick to the loan deal’s March 15 deadline, despite the fact that an ongoing labor dispute has delayed the Major League Soccer season. Hoping to continue Everton career With an impressive 10-week spell at Goodison Park, Donovan had previously said that he might stay in the Premier League after the match at Birmingham City this Saturday. Even so, fans have accepted that Donovan will be returning to the US after this game. Everton is keen to maintain its cordial relationship with LA Galaxy. He hopes that things will work out, but if not, he accepts that his team is the LA Galaxy and expresses gratitude for the chance to play for Everton.
