Online casino operator Bodog Entertainment Group has signed an exclusive brand licensing agreement to use a large portfolio of creative assets and resources from Asian virtual gaming operator Haydock Sports Limited. Manila-based Haydock Sports is the firm behind online casino and sportsbook 9Play.com and has been operating in Asia since 2006 under a license issued by the Philippines First Cagayan jurisdiction. *We know that Bodog was considering a number of potential licensees but we were confident that Haydock Sports would emerge from the exhaustive diligence process as the premier choice of partners in the region,* said industry veteran Ian Dunning, Managing Director for Haydock Sports. *Obviously, we were pleased to be right.* The license arrangement will see Haydock Sports provide Antigua-based Bodog with an exclusive license for online gaming within Asia along with mechanisms to cross-license proprietary technologies for the benefit of both parties. *The Haydock Sports team brings over a century of industry experience coupled with deep regional expertise,* said Dunning, the former Managing Director Asia for Victor Chandler.
