Heat Lead Growing Pack of Eastern Conference Fringe Contenders
Six teams, from Charlotte to Indiana, are within two games of each other in the Eastern Conference, and they’ll be competing for the seventh and eighth playoff spots. Although the league has been unpredictable this season, plenty can be gleaned by taking a good look at the presiding NBA odds.
