Mahjong *also spelled Mah-Jong or Mah-jongg* is a Chinese game. It is similar in play to the card game Rummy. Both Rummy and Mahjong require players to select and discard units *cards in Rummy -Â tiles in Mahjong* to win and score points by forming same-suit pairs, triplets, quadruplets and/or same-suit runs of three sequential tiles. There are two primary objectives in traditional games of Mahjong. The first is to make a series of matched sets with all the tiles in your hand before your opponents. The second is to assemble the highest scoring hand.
