US Congressman Barney Frank has announced he is moving forward with his plan to seek the repeal of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. Frank announced from Belgium that he would begin the process to repeal the legislation within the next two weeks. The bill, which was rushed through the last session of the Senate last year attached to a must-pass security bill, prevents US banking institutions from processing credit card transactions to online gambling companies.
