Ronnie O'Sullivan has signed a new deal with Casino-on-Net

O’Sullivan signed up for 18 months with Casino-on-Net 888 and has re-launched his association with the online gambling company that was first established in 2006. He has been in fine form of late, having been crowned Saga Insurance Masters champion with his exciting brand of snooker. O’Sullivan will now wear a 888.com patch on his waistcoat at tournaments and 888 can use his image to promote their brand under the terms of the new deal. 888 aims to give players a chance to play against Ronnie through online tournament qualifiers. Rob Mitchell, UK Sports Marketing Manager at 888, said: “We are delighted to welcome Ronnie back to the 888.com line-up, he is a fantastic addition to our existing stable of sponsored snooker players as well as our sponsorship of the 888.com World Snooker Championship. It shows our continued commitment to the sport as we aim to give the fans an opportunity to really engage with their snooker idols.” Ronnie O’Sullivan was also very pleased with the new partnership: “I’m chuffed to be joining up with 888.com, they have given snooker a great boost in the last year and it’s obvious they are serious about the sport. Following the Masters my sights are now firmly set on winning the 888.com World Championship when we arrive at the Crucible in April.” Ronnie O’Sullivan will start the 888 World Snooker Championship as a hot favorite. He joins the 888 line-up of players that included current 888 World Snooker Champion Graeme Dott, snooker legend John Higgins and the Chinese sensation Ding Junhui. Ronnie is considered by many of his peer and by snooker fans worldwide to be one of the most naturally-gifted players in the history of the sport.
