Bodog payout performance soon be resolved

Bodog has been hit by multiple slow pay complaints following the slow down in payout performance of the last few months. (Bodog management tells that the problem is being addressed and will soon be resolved.) The past few months have been characterized by the mounting volume of slow pay complaints filed by players against online sportsbooks. Some of those complaints revealed a status of demise, like with the BetCascade situation, while others were directly caused by problems directly related to payment processors. Ever since the U.S. Congress approval of the UIGEA online gambling operators have faced the difficult situation caused by the shrinking number of payment processors willing to cater to gambling sites. Some operators, like Bodog Sportsbook, were caught off guard by this newly found problem. The unbalanced ratio of demand vs. offer has caused sports books to dilute their payout performance. Fewer processors than ever are struggling to provide an acceptable level of service to their constantly increasing number of merchants. Bodog management tells that the situation is being addressed and solutions to ensure prompter payouts will soon be made available to the sports book’s customers. Bodog’s rating has been positively reassessed in light of the factual explanation provided. It must also be noted that Bodog’s international customers are not affected by delays experienced by U.S. bettors.
