Payment processor Neteller, revealed the full financial impact of its troubles in the United States on Tuesday, saying it made a third-quarter loss of $146 million. The firm, which paid authorities $136 million in July for processing illegal gambling payments from U.S. punters, said it remained confident about prospects for the business for the full year and beyond.
